если интерфейс содержит метку (задаваемую например с помощью ip label),
то такой интерфейс всегда показывается inactive, по причине кривого
парсера в дефолтном бэкенде knemo (Nettools).
Предлагается изменить дефолт на sysfs-based (Sys в knemo).
