libexiv2-devel должен Requires: libexiv2 = %version-%release

иначе невозможно `apt-get install ibexiv2`:

Да, это предпочтительный вид зависимости. В новой сборке (она уже появилась в
инкаминге) я так и сделал.

Впрочем, описанная в багрепорте проблема была вызвана незамеченной мной ошибкой
упаковки: сама библиотека (не симлинк) попала не только в свой пакет, но и в
devel...
