следственно,
service pyicq-t does not support chkconfig
error: execution of %post scriptlet from pyicq-t-0.8-alt3 failed, exit status 1

если запускать из ком.строки:
pyicq-t
ImportError! You probably forgot to install Twisted Words or Web. Have a look 
at the docs. You may also be using an unsupported version of Twisted.

pyicq-t obsoleted и не поддерживается, используйтся пакет 'jabber-pyicqt'
