vlc-mini-0.8.6e-alt1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run vlc
2. in the menu: set "Settings" > "Preferences" > "Audio" > "Default audio
volume" to 1024 (the maximum)
3. Save
4. exit vlc
5. start vlc again
Actual Results:  
The volume is mute.

Expected Results:  
The volume is maximum.
