Я не знаю, по какому принципу определяется последняя версия ПО. Но вот в этом 
конкретном случае,показания не верны.

Читаем:
Другие репозитории
Upstream:  2.0.6

Это не соответствует реальности.

На packages.altlinux.org нет такого функционала. Потому и не закрывал.
