Для нормальной работы GL в biarch надо обновлять линки на libGL&Co для обоих архитектур.  Патч по ссылке, изменения в спеке и /usr/libexec/X11/drv.d/x11.

А что, есть большая разница куда будет смотреть битый линк в неиспользуемом каталоге? ;-)
