Just checked updates repository - patched kernel doesn't exists here.

Потому что в бранче 4.0 в пакете написано: майнтайнер - vsu. У меня пока нет идей, откуда брать более соответствующую реальности информацию.

Looks like fixed in current 4.0-branch.
