mtx-changer ищет mtx в /usr/sbin а у нас он в /sbin/

Обнови mtx, там всё теперь в %_sbindir

[vitty@plenum RPMS]$ rpm -qpl mtx-1.3.11-alt1.svn.192.i586.rpm | grep sbin
/usr/sbin/loaderinfo
/usr/sbin/mtx
/usr/sbin/nsmhack
/usr/sbin/scsieject
/usr/sbin/scsitape
/usr/sbin/tapeinfo
