.desktop files

В приложенные файлы .desktop добавлены строки татарской локализации. Нужно будет также перенести в бранч 4.1.

Приложи desktop файл отдельно т.к. в аттаче, судя по имени, src.rpm да ещё и для firefox2, да ещё и для бранча.

Переносом пакетов бранч я не занимаюсь.

Сделано через desktop-translations и патч для KDE. Это позволяет добавлять
локализацию для .desktop-файлов без пересборки пакета.
