Предлагаю уменьшить шрифт по умолчанию до 12 пт, а шаму гарнитуру сменить на DejaVu Serif (Liberation имеет слишком кривой кернинг)

Размер шрифта - самое то для чтения книг. А вот DejaVu Serif можно и прописать, но как тогда быть с зависимостями ?
