При запуске под пользователем выдает сообщение: \"ОШИБКА:Cannto load Global defaults and configuration files: /usr/share/anjuta/properties/anjuta.properties. This may be result in improper behavior or instabilities. Anjuta will fall back to built in (limited) settings\". Дальше грузится, но не все ресурсы, в результате грузятся. Под root\'ом все нормально грузится
