Description Ivan Zakharyaschev 2008-12-20 20:39:30 MSK
In the 4.1 Desktop installer, strange free space sizes are shown:

Имя устройства Файловая система Размер [свободно]
sda1 NTFS 6001 MB [1905 MB]
sda2 NTFS 84 GB [84 GB]

. The sizes of the partitions are correct, but the actual free spaces are different:

about 300M on sda1 (I'm not sure about this),

and about 53G on sda2 (I'm sure about this).

So, the resizing dialog also offers for sda2 to shrink it by 84G (which shouldn't be possible).

More info:
The LiveCD on this DVD shows the sizes of free space on these partitions correctly.
