По умолчанию в KDE 4 просмотр картинок проводится с помощью Kuickshow, при просмотре картинка не отображается, все получается смазано. Вкладываю скриншот

В сборке Бояршинова ALTLinux Desktop 5.0 beta от 19 февраля ошибка не воспроизводится
