testcase:

1. fill the bug report form
2. try to enter some incorrect terms (like invalid keyword)
3. see the error message, try to return back (by pressing the back button)
4. see that all form entries are filled correctly except "Component" entry.

В новой багзилле похоже не воспроизводится.
