Необходимо добавить %_libdir/browser-plugins и %_libdir/browser-plugins-npapi в пути поиска плагинов, пока они не переедут в %_libdir/browser-plugins.
Начнут переезжать в ближайшее время.

Т.к. мантейнер пакета browser-plugins-npapi-devel пока не может сдвинуться с места, то лучше временно указать их без макроса именно в таком виде, как я написал или на ваше усмотрение.

Пакет находится в очереди на пересборку с новым browser-plugins-npapi как и другие пакеты зависящие от browser-plugins-npapi-devel.
