Если оставить машину на 20 минут, то монитор уходит в спящий режим, из которого его невозможно вывести. Если перейти в консоль по CTL+ALT+F1 и сделать CTL+ALT+DEL, то машина начинает перезагрузку, на этапе которой монитор оживает (после гашения иксов, вероятно). Баг появился вчера, 20.10.09, после очередного обновления.

В проблеме был виноват сам LCD-монитор. Вчера он благополучно скончался. NOTABUG
