For example, gst-plugins-ugly-0.10.15-alt1 didn't get the correct dependencies on liblame because it hadn't been specified that the used symbol appeared only in later versions of liblame -- see https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23681 .
