Постинстал скрипт вызывает /usr/share/bochs/install-x11-fonts, откуда вызывается /etc/init.d/xfs restart, после чего, есессна, терятеся коннект к фонтсерверу у запущенных сессий. Надо вызывать /etc/init.d/xfs condrestart.

да, bochs давно уже шрифты не устанавливает
