Это происходит при попытке подключения к нему через SCGI (apache2 +
mod_scgi + wtorrent).

Помогла ручная пересборка из исходников.
Пересоберите пакет заново пожалуйста.

Такая же ситуация.
Стоить добавить SCGI сразу же Segmentation fault

Тоже собрал, для себя, последнюю версию. Работает.
