заодно можно назначить обработчиком text/english.
делается это очень просто (в спеке):
BuildRequires: desktop-file-utils

%install
[...] (в конце)
desktop-file-install --dir %buildroot%_desktopdir \
       --add-mime-type=text/english \
       --add-mime-type=application/x-zip-compressed-fb2 \
       %buildroot%_desktopdir/FBReader.desktop
