Возможно, ocsigen не стоит ставить в ряд с более традиционными веб-серверами (оставив для сознательного выбора), по крайней мере пока он оказывается более "лексикографически крутым", чем тот же nginx, и при этом менее ожидаемым:

# apt-get install mailman
[...]
