Может в опциях монтирования что подкрутить ?
Или каталог для корзины в ручную создать ?

Я не уверен, что это проблема Тунара, а не gvfs, но есть багофича: если на разделе создать каталог .Trash-$UID, то файлы все-таки удаляются, хотя все равно мимо корзины.

  + Fix segfault when plugin returns a NULL suffix.
  + Fix sorting of filenames with large numbers.
- Don't try create trash on Windows filesystems (closes: #26662).
