После последнего обновления при включенных эффектах стал падать systemsettings. При запуске из терминала вываливается следующая ошибка 

$ systemsettings 
systemsettings(7275): Communication problem with  "systemsettings" , it probably crashed. 
Error message was:  "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" : " "Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" "
