OO641C-ALT2/win32: installer fails to find {LICENSE,README}.html since .htm files are found in archive after decompressing with DOS zip.  Since all other files are 8.3 clean, this osn\'t a correct behaviour.

Trivial copying would do, but it could block non-advanced FAR (and other dos-zip consumers) user from installing OO.
