Нельзя ли запрашивать passphrase после того, как проверяются BuildRequires & BuildPreReq? Ведь иногда (я почти всегда :) собирающий забывает поставить build-dep для собираемого пакета.

Думаю, лучше просто подписывать уже собранные пакеты (rpmsign --resign).
