wget http://www.2gis.ru/distributive/shell/last/linux/ -cqNP ~

на выходе:

~/index.html вместо 2GISShell-3.13.2.3.orig.zip.

На p6 было нормально.

Читайте сперва апстримную документацию при обнаружении изменений поведения...

Да, мне это изменение тоже периодически доставляет неприятности, но оно понятно.
