Согласно информации по ссылке воспроизводится в uk_UA[.UTF-8] и не замечено в ru_RU.

$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/whatis man-db-2.7.6.1-alt4.1 Полагаю, для p8 и Sisyphus не актуально ввиду замены man -> man-db.
