вы не совсем правы ... разве вы не туда попадаете ? кажется все верно ...
 bugs.altlinux.ru и bugzilla.altlinux.ru указывают на одно место. Хотя,
переправить нужно.

на bugs.altlinux.ru всегда будет редирект на текущий BTS.
