Появляются черные квадраты при скролинге страницы, наше такой же баг на freedesktop, решением было обновление драйвера от интел, возможно ли у нас такое?

Систему обновляли? Какой драйвер видеокарты Intel установлен?

rpm -q xorg-drv-intel

Обновлял. Драйвер xorg-drv-intel-2.21.15-alt1.

Ждите новой версии xorg-drv-intel в обновлениях.

В качестве временной затычки помогает создать файл 
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf

Со следующим содержимым:

Section "Device"
   Identifier  "Intel Graphics"
   Driver      "intel"
   Option      "AccelMethod"  "uxa"
