Стоит обновить, т.к. у нас нет wxStyledTextCtrl::AnnotationClearLine , что вызывает https://sourceforge.net/p/wxlua/bugs/33

А в чём причина? Есть ведь более свежие: wxGTK3.0, wxGTK3.1.

собираю wxlua.
С wxGTK3.0 собралось, но в этой связке обнаружилась проблема с другим софтом, который её использует.
С wxGTK3.1 есть другая проблема: похоже, wxlua не собирается с wxGTK3.1 + GTK+3, вот ссылка на ошибку: https://sourceforge.net/p/wxlua/bugs/35/
