После перезагрузки из 3.14.29-std-pae-alt1 в 3.14.31-std-pae-alt1 начал ругаться в сислог собранный в 2011-м году openntpd:

Похоже, это воспроизводится на 3.14.32-std-def-alt1 на x86.
На x86_64 всё хорошо.

При обновлении до 3.14.32-std-pae-alt1 лог изменился, судя по нему проблема сохраняется И время не подводится:

Хотя зря испугался: сейчас время подводится на 0.4s, т.е. налицо уменьшение рассинхронизации.
