At http://drakon-editor.sourceforge.net/editor.html#downloads and http://sourceforge.net/projects/drakon-editor/files/?source=navbar , there are both default and Russian versions:

 drakon_editor1.25.zip and  drakon_editor1.25_rus.zip

 drakon_editor1.22.zip and  drakon_editor1.22_rus.zip

Have a look what extra stuff is there in the Russian version, and consider packaging it.

$ erc diff drakon_editor1.25.zip drakon_editor1.25_rus.zip
shows only one file with russian messages file there

Ой, я не залил 1.25 сразу, потому что там было написано, что он требует новый tcl, котрого у нас нет. А 1.22 последняя версия, которая не требует.

Надо было это объяснение заметно записать в changelog, скажем, мне при прошлой сборке :(
