i586-primus использует i965_dri при запуске приложения:

libGL error: dlopen /usr/lib/X11/modules/dri/i965_dri.so failed (/usr/lib/X11/modules/dri/i965_dri.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Возможно, не хватает зависимости от i586-xorg-dri-intel, содержащего этот драйвер?

Это явное Recommends:, только их у нас нет... в %description разве добавить.

В смысле "make sure that the corresponding hardware OpenGL accelerator driver is installed, e.g. xorg-dri-intel or i586-nvidia_glx_*" в описании собственно пакета (контроля над тем, во что описание превратится при обработке rpmrebuild-arepo, нет).
