Оформлю, всё же, отдельно. Ввиду того, что collectd-bind 5.4.2 в p7 не поддерживает новый формат statistics-channels у bind, bind в p7 следует собирать с --disable-newstats без оглядки на bug 31241.

Кроме того, как выяснилось, для работы statistics-channels требуется ещё и сборочная зависимость на libxml2-devel: bug 31401.

В связи с попаданием в p7 collectd 5.5.0-alt0.M70P.1 необходимость в --disable-newstats отпала.
