Уж не знаю, наша это классическая однобайтная очепятка иль апстримная, но в /var/lib/bind/etc/options.conf из bind-9.9.7-alt1.M70P.1 содержится следующее:

        //allow-query-cache { localnets; }

При раскомментировании обнаружится нехватка точки с запятой в конце строки.

В bind-9.9.8-alt3 эта ошибка тоже присутствует.
