Исправление файла server.cnf в пакете mariadb-10.1.10-alt1

По умолчанию журналы всех баз данных формата InnoDB пишутся в один файл ("system log") и его размер со временем становится неприемлимым.
Решение описано в http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3456159/how-to-shrink-purge-ibdata1-file-in-mysql и применено в пакете MySQL-server. В пакетет mariadb-server оно не используется.

Патч прилагаю.
