При установке пакета получаем проблему с зависимостями:
#apt-get install branding-simply-linux-xfce-settings
   branding-simply-linux-xfce-settings: Требует: gtk3-theme-clearlooks-phenix

Как результат dist-upgrade с p7 до p8 проходит некорректно, потому что не хватает пакета branding-simply-linux-xfce-settings. И поэтому имеем настройки из satartekits.

Остальные пакеты branding установленны:

$ rpm -qa | grep branding
branding-simply-linux-alterator-7.95.0-alt3
branding-simply-linux-bootloader-7.95.0-alt3
branding-simply-linux-bootsplash-7.95.0-alt3
branding-simply-linux-graphics-7.95.0-alt3

Думаю, что проблемы с gtk3-theme-clearlooks-phenix на p8 были давно решены.
