When acpi is on SB live isnt listed in /proc/pci at all. With "acpi=off noapic"
- too. With "acpi=off" - listed, but emu10k1 refused to load - "emu10k1: IO
space in use". kernel-image-std-up-2.4.22-alt6.i586.rpm

Проблема загадочным образом появилась и загадочным образом же исчезла после
одной загрузки с опцией pci=bios.
