В p8 у пакета gitg отсутствует зависимость от libpeas-gir. В то же время, gitg не может полноценно работать без этой библиотеки - показывается нефункциональный обрывок интерфейса.
Баг обнаружен при работе в среде Mate в системе Alt Workstation p8.
