На странице http://sisyphus.ru/ru/srpm/Sisyphus/transmission/get ссылка "transmission-2.92-alt4.src.rpm" указывает на 
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/transmission-2.92-alt4.src.rpm

Должно быть ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/files/SRPMS/transmission-2.92-alt4.src.rpm

Ошибка: "/Sisyphus" повторён дважды.
