Аналогично полю "Ссылка (URL)" стоит сделать открытие ссылок из комментариев также в новой вкладке (target="_blank"), а не в текущей.

Тогда пользователь не сможет выбирать, в какой в новой или текущей вкладке открывать ссылку.
