Текущая версия не подключает графическую подсистему для текущей версии R-base,
вывод диаграмм в IDE не работает.

Error in tools:::httpdPort <= 0L : 
  comparison (4) is possible only for atomic and list types
In addition: Warning message:
R graphics engine version 11 is not supported by this version of RStudio. The
Plots tab will be disabled until a newer version of RStudio is installed. 

Плюс, как видно, не работает встроенная помощь (типа "?help") - открывает в
браузере. На форуме R-Studio написано, что "лечится" обновлением версии.
