`/usr/share' should contains arch-independent data that could be shared among different architectures. To provide this requirement we need a test that generates warning when it detects non-equal files installed in /usr/share in different non-noarch packages.

эта проверка в girar встроена,
можно не пытаться дублировать в repocop.

а в repocop ее относительно сложно реализовать. Архитектура под другое заточена.
