Не знаю, зачем systemd-utils надо /srv, но появилось вот такое предупреждение:

# apt-get reinstall systemd-utils
...
Running /usr/lib/rpm/posttrans-filetriggers
"/srv" already exists and is not a directory.

Это почти правда:

# ls -dl /srv
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 7 Nov 24  2010 /srv -> var/srv

Может стоит поправить, или для целей systemd-utils симлинк не годится ?

Поведение апстрима:
cas@basalt systemd $ git grep srv | cat
