libsuperlu_4.0.so есть, но некоторым, видимо, нужно libsuperlu.so:

***** SuperLU Header path:/usr/include
***** SuperLU Library path:SUPERLU_LIBRARY-NOTFOUND
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:137 (message):
  Could NOT find SuperLU (missing: SUPERLU_LIBRARY)

Если сделать симлинк libsuperlu.so, в этом месте сборка проходит.

Судя по всему исправлено давным давно.
