pear-core conflicts with pear-XML_Util on /usr/share/php/pear's
docs/XML_Util/examples/example2.php, 
docs/XML_Util/examples/example.php, 
XML/Util.php
please, add 
Conflicts: pear-XML_Util < 1.3
Obsoletes: pear-XML_Util < 1.3
and consider removing pear-XML_Util 1.2 from Sisyphus.
