смотрю, все другие дистрибутивы уже давно переехали на 
%_libdir/xorg вместо %_libdir/X11
пора бы и нам при очередной смене ABI переехать.
заодно и спек можно будет сделать чище, без переопределений
        --with-xorg-module-dir=%_x11modulesdir

Вышел Xorg 1.20 - хороший повод, чтобы заодно и переехать в %_libdir/xorg.
