По ссылке https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2/ написано "GeoLite Legacy databases were discontinued on January 2, 2019". GeoIPv6.csv.gz и GeoIPCountryCSV.zip по указанным в скрипте url отсутствуют.
