Без gcr оно не показывает собственно диалог.

Получается, gcr-libs зависят от каких-то бинарей из пакета gcr. Наверное, от тех, что в libexec?

Только, не делайте зависимость на пакет с dekstop-файлом, пожалуйста, чтоб оно не маячило в меню без причины.
