$ cat ~/tmp/libraspberrypi-buildroot/etc/ld.so.conf

[builder@localhost .in]$ cat ~/tmp/libraspberrypi-buildroot/etc/ld.so.conf.d/

[builder@localhost .in]$ cat ~/tmp/libraspberrypi-buildroot/etc/ld.so.conf.d/00-vc.conf 
/opt/vc/lib
[builder@localhost .in]$ /usr/lib/rpm/dump_ld_config ~/tmp/libraspberrypi-uildroot
[builder@localhost .in]$ 
получено <пустая строка>
ожидал в выводе /opt/vc/lib

Usage:
$ /usr/lib/rpm/dump_ld_config '' ~/tmp/libraspberrypi-buildroot
